LIMITED WARRANTY: Bathtub, wall tile and refinished fiberglass fixtures are warranted for a period of five years, on a pro-rated
basis as set forth below, against peeling, flaking or other failure of adhesion of refinishing materials due to workmanship. Sinks do
not have a warranty. Chips, spot repairs and fiberglass repair against failure of adhesion are warranted for a period of one year.
This five year warranty shall be pro-rated over the five years on a annual basis with changes in the pro-rate amount occurring on the
anniversary date of service. During the first year the coverage will be 100% and will reduce by 20% per year thereafter. All charges will
be based on the then current, regular pricing.
Rust, corrosion, mineral buildup, spot repairs, and all other surfaces are not covered under this warranty. Any scratching, deterioration
of the glossy finish or staining due to usage, cleaning practices or water conditions will be considered wear and tear.
Your invoice/receipt must be provided as proof of warranty and to make a warranty claim.
The following conditions will void your warranty
-the surface must not be allowed to remain continuously wet from items such as wash clothes and towels left on the
surface and bathmats, without drying both the mat and tub between uses
-damage caused by objects placed on the refinished surface such as suction cups, soap dishes, bars of soap, shampoo and shaving
cream cans or bottles and other similar products placed on the refinished tub
-the tub must not be used for water storage or contain standing water for extended periods of time
-damage from leaking or dripping plumbing
-damage from chips or nicks caused by sharp or falling objects or misuse
-staining or discoloration from chemicals, bleaches, rust, hair dyes or the use or abrasive cleaners, like Comet , Ajax and
other abrasive cleaners, drain openers and toilet bowl cleaner
-movement in the substructure resulting in cracks or splits in the refinished surface or grout lines
-degradation of the refinished surface caused by lack of cleaning
-putting masking tape or any other adhesive on the refinished surface
-using other cleaning tools such as bristle brushes and steel wool. Only a soft cloth or sponge must be used
-damage caused by the use of tools, ladders or other heavy objects in the tub, dropped on the tub or knocked against it
-scratching from bathing pets in a refinished bathtub
